A recent article came out highlighting Tony Haywards nearly perfect stone walling of our Congress. That infuriated members of Congress even more, Democrats and Republicans alike.
He even expressed ‘genuine’ remorse adding that: “I am so devastated with this accident,” “deeply sorry” and “so distraught.”
If I had a criminal investigation against me and the investigator offered to curtail the investigation for 25% of my income, I would take it in a minute. Funny how Obama makes a speech and then – voila! – what he promises comes true the next day, especially after BP and the gov’t had been working on the deal for 2 weeks.
